How long does order processing take?
Processing & Shipping Information
For in-stock products, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
For custom gift baskets, please allow 2–4 business days for processing, as each basket is carefully curated and assembled to your specifications.
If you need your order sooner, please give us a call. We will do our best to accommodate expedited requests whenever possible.
Do you offer local delivery and pick-up?
Pickup & Delivery Information
Yes, we offer free local pickup for all orders.
We also provide free local delivery for orders of $100 or more within a 10-mile radius of our location in Summerville.
For orders of $100 or more within a 20-mile radius of our Summerville location, delivery is available for a flat fee of $25.
If you have questions about delivery availability outside these areas, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss possible options.
